VOLIMY ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by White eudicots private limited registered in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use the VOLIMY mobile application and website (collectively, "the Platform").
By using VOLIMY, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
VOLIMY serves two types of users on a single platform:
Customers — individuals who order drinking water, water cans, or RO jars for home or office delivery.
Vendors — water suppliers, RO agencies, jar distributors, and delivery businesses who manage their operations through VOLIMY.
This policy applies to both user types. Where a point applies only to one type, it is marked clearly.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Give Us
For all users:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Profile photo (optional)
- Delivery address and location
For Customers additionally:
- Order history and preferences
- Payment method details (UPI ID, transaction reference)
- Jar return and subscription details
For Vendors additionally:
- Business name and type
- GST number (optional)
- Customer records you enter into the app
- Delivery records, billing data, and invoices you create
- Staff and delivery boy details you add
- Inventory and jar balance records
- Expense and salary data you enter
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Device type, model, and operating system version
- App version
- IP address
- App usage data (features used, screens visited, session duration)
- Crash reports and error logs
- Unique device identifiers
2.3 Location Information
We collect your location when you use the app, specifically to:
- Set and confirm delivery addresses (Customers)
- Assign routes and delivery areas (Vendors)
We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed.
2.4 Information from Third Parties
If you make payments through UPI, PhonePe, or Paytm, those platforms process your payment. We receive only a transaction confirmation reference — not your full bank details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your VOLIMY account
- Process and track water delivery orders (Customers)
- Enable vendors to manage deliveries, billing, invoices, staff, and inventory
- Send delivery status updates and notifications
- Generate and share GST invoices via WhatsApp or PDF
- Process payments and maintain payment records
- Provide customer support
- Improve app features and fix issues
- Comply with legal obligations under Indian law
We do not use your information for advertising. VOLIMY does not run ads and does not sell your data to advertisers.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in these specific situations:
4.1 Between Vendors and Customers
When a Customer places an order through VOLIMY, their name, delivery address, and contact number are shared with the Vendor fulfilling that order. This is necessary to complete the delivery.
4.2 With Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

4.4 Business Transfer
If VOLIMY is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified before this happens.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored on secure servers located in India.
- We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmitted between the app and our servers.
- Access to your data within our team is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service.
- We regularly review our security practices.
While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. Please keep your login credentials confidential.

8. Children's Privacy
VOLIMY is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered on VOLIMY, please contact us immediately at info@volimy.com and we will delete the account.
9. WhatsApp Integration
VOLIMY allows Vendors to share invoices and delivery updates via WhatsApp. This uses the WhatsApp application already installed on your device — we do not have access to your WhatsApp account, messages, or contacts. Sharing is always initiated manually by the user.
10. Notifications
We send push notifications for:
- Delivery status updates
- Payment confirmations
- Important account alerts
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. This will not affect your ability to use the app.
11. Third-Party Links
VOLIMY may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment gateways). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please read their privacy policies separately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:
- The "Last Updated" date at the top will change
- If the changes are significant, we will notify you via the app or email
- Continued use of VOLIMY after changes means you accept the updated policy
13. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
